Entry Requirements: 

Cosmic Pool: Participants must be at least 0.9m tall. Adult supervision required for children under 1.2m tall.  

Only participants above 1.2m will be allowed on the Giant Water Slide

Kiddy Pool: Participants must be 2 to 7 years old and between 0.7 to 1.2m tall. 

Passes are available for purchase at the following rates:

Double Galaxy Traveller (2 pax):  S$36 

Cosmic Squad (4 pax):  S$68

Kiddo Astro (Entry for 1 Child under 7 years old + 1 Adult 18 years old and above)

*Spend S$50 (S$80 at supermarket and Jewel) in a single receipt at participating retail and F&B outlets in Changi Airport Public Areas and receive 5 free Carnival Credits. Pay with Mastercard or Changi Pay to receive an additional 5 Carnival Credits! Carnival Credits can be converted to Carnival Tokens at the Carnival ticketing booth.

The Cosmic HydroPark is located at T3 Arrival Hall Level 1, Coach Bay 51. You may use the exit nearest to McDonald’s and follow the directional signs.  

Entry passes to the Cosmic HydroPark can be purchased via the Changi App or redeemed using Carnival Credits or Tokens.

No. There will be no physical passes issued for the Cosmic HydroPark. Participants are only required to present their Changi Rewards Card, QR code pass on Changi App or the confirmation email for registration.

No, you cannot use Carnival Tokens to redeem bundle packages for Cosmic HydroPark. You can only redeem Single Space Cadet passes using Carnival Tokens. Should you wish to redeem passes for a family of 4, you will need to redeem 4 Single Cadet passes.

Participants can only use Carnival Credits to redeem Cosmic HydroPark passes on Changi App, or Carnival Tokens to redeem Cosmic HydroPark passes on-site.

However, you may convert the 10 Carnival Credits to 10 Carnival Tokens at the Carnival ticketing booth to make up a total of 22 Carnival Tokens to redeem a Cosmic HydroPark weekday pass .  

You can purchase additional Tokens to make up 27 Carnival Tokens to enter the Cosmic HydroPark on a weekend.

No, the Cosmic HydroPark pass is for entry into Cosmic HydroPark only and is not exchangeable for Carnival Tokens or Carnival Credits for use at the Carnival with Hello Kitty and Friends.

Yes, you may bring your swim attire into the Cosmic HydroPark. Alternatively, you can purchase swimming wear at the Astro Mart located at the Cosmic HydroPark.

All participants should wear appropriate swimwear, such as swimsuits and trunks. Street clothes or any clothing with sharp / protruding objects such as zippers, buttons and clips will not be allowed in the pool. Jewellery is also not allowed. 

Permitted attire is subject to the event crew’s discretion.

The 8-year-old child (1.3m tall), can enter the Cosmic Pool without being accompanied by an adult. The 5-year-old (1m tall) needs to be accompanied by an adult within the Cosmic HydroPark.

Once the pass is purchased, no refunds will be given. However, you can still make changes to your booking date and time on the Changi App up to 1 hour before your selected slot. The Cosmic HydroPark pass, Carnival Credits and Carnival Tokens are valid throughout the event period.

  1. The Event, Cosmic HydroPark is organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”) and is supported by X Agency Pte Ltd, the operator of the Cosmic HydroPark activity.  
  2. By participating in and/or allowing your child/ward to participate in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html), which together constitute a binding agreement between you and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”), governing your and/or your child’s/ward’s participation in this Event.  

  3. In these Conditions, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean CAG, CAG’s appointed contractors, our respective subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as our directors, officers, agents and employees or independent contractors as the context requires.  

  4. Each pass is valid for one-time admission to Cosmic HydroPark during the operating hours of 11am to 9pm.

    All ticket purchases must be made via the Changi App     (PlayPass) with a valid CR membership account or direct purchase of carnival tokens at the Ticketing booth/machine.

  5. All participants are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their selected slot for registration. Late arrivals may reduce your time in the water park, and there will be no extensions. 

  6. All participants should ensure that their entire group is present at the point of entry and no re-entry is permitted. 

  7. Last entry into the Cosmic Pool is at 7.30pm. Participants who wish to enter the Cosmic Pool after 7.30pm will be denied. 

  8. Cosmic HydroPark passes are valid for a single entry on the selected date and time during the event period. There is a limit to the capacity for both the Cosmic and Kiddy pools at any given time and visitors paying with Carnival Tokens/Credits would be given entry based on the next available slot. 

  9. All redemptions and purchases of Cosmic HydroParks passes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale. 

  10. Upon booking confirmation of the Cosmic HydroPark, the pass is only valid on the selected date and time only. 

  11. No refunds will be given after the purchase of the Cosmic HydroPark pass. In the case of no show, the pass will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. 

  12. Each play slot is 90 mins for the Cosmic Pool and 45mins for the Kiddy Pool which is inclusive of changing into swimwear, briefing and playtime in the Cosmic HydroPark. 

  13. For the Cosmic Pool, participants must be at least 0,9m in height to enter. Children between 0.9 meters and 1.2 meters tall must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years or older) at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. Only participants above 1.2m will be allowed on the Giant Water Slide

  14. For the Kiddy Pool, ONLY children aged 2-7 years old, between the heights of 0.7m and 1.2m in height are allowed. All children must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older) from outside the pool area. 

  15. All participants should wear appropriate swimwear, such as swimsuits and trunks. Street clothes or any clothing with sharp/protruding objects such as zippers, buttons, clips etc will not be allowed in the pool. Our event crews’ discretion on the allowable attire is final.  

  16. All children who are not toilet-trained, are required to put on swimming diapers. 

  17. No outside food and drinks are allowed in Cosmic HydroPark. 

  18. Pets are not allowed in the Cosmic HydroPark. 

  19. The Cosmic HydroPark is a fully sheltered event, in the event of rain, the event will go on as per normal. 

  20. All participants must follow the posted rules and regulations of the Cosmic HydroPark. Failure to do so may result in removal from the park premises.  

  21. Parents, guardians and/or supervising adults are solely responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children. 

  22. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to participants who don’t meet the conditions of entry or remove any participants for disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with rules, or safety concerns. 

  23. Participants must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the event crews. 

  24.  Life vests are compulsory and will be provided on site. 

  25. Participants with infectious diseases, open sores & wounds and/or bandages are strictly not allowed into the pool. Our event crews’ discretion on all pool related hygiene standards is final. 

  26. Lockers are available for rent on-site at S$2 per use, so please do not leave your valuables unattended. The organiser will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.  

  27. All participants entering the Cosmic Hydropark have to be responsible for their own wellbeing and strictly adhere to all terms & conditions and instructions from the event crew to ensure all safety protocols are met. The event organiser will not be liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of properties. 

  28. All participants are strongly encouraged to have their personal incidental insurance. 

  29. Cosmic Hydropark operates under set hours, and Participants are expected to leave the premises at closing time. Changes in time slots are not allowed and patrons are responsible to attend the timeslot selected, unless otherwise agreed by the organiser on a case-by-case basis. 
  30. By purchasing this ticket, you hereby agree to all the above terms and conditions and event organiser’s policy. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. 

  31. Participation in the Event is strictly at your own risk. By participating in and/or allowing your child/children/ward/s to participate, you declare that you and/or your child/children/ward/s are in good mental and physical health and do not have any conditions (e.g. motion sickness, infectious diseases, open sores & wounds and/or bandages, heart, neck, back or leg problems) that may be detrimental to your well-being by participating, nor are you under the influence of any medication that may influence your ability to move. 

  32. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including X Agency Pte Ltd, as well as their respective directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any damage or personal injury to you or to any Participant in this Event, and/or loss or damage to any property sustained as a result of your or their participation in this Event, including without limitation all direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, cost and expense, or loss of profits; and (ii) By participating in and allowing your child/ward to participate in this Event, you agree to indemnify CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees against all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses which may be made against or suffered by CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees, in respect of any injury (including fatal injury), loss or damage to property arising out of or in connection with your and/or any Participant’s participation in this Event.” 

  33. All participants are required to follow the instructions of the crew and observe safety measures at the event site for their own safety and well-being. CAG reserves the right to deny entry to the Event or to request that any participant exits from the Event in the event the participant(s) fails to comply with the prevailing safety measures. In such event, there shall be no refund of any activity passes purchased or replacement of any activity passes redeemed. 

  34. Further, CAG reserves the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any person for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behaviour that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons and/or property. 

  35. To promote and advertise the event, CAG reserves the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers as guest/customers at the event and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of CAG. Further, by participating in and allowing any child/ward under your care to participate in this Event and providing your personal data and the personal data of the participants to us, you consent to the collection, use or disclosure of the personal data of yourself and all participants, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 as updated from time to time, for CAG’s reasonable business purposes including without limitation: to administer any relevant lucky draw, statistical analyses, marketing, survey participation, to ensure compliance with and to enforce these Conditions, to address queries we receive in relation to your or any participant’s participation in this Event, to protect the safety and security of our staff and property, and/or to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and/or orders of court requiring disclosure of your and/or any Participant’s personal data. 
  36. CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Event and its promotion is final, conclusive and binding. 

  37. CAG reserves the right to amend these Conditions without further notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such amended Conditions.
