Registration
Personnel are encouraged to plan ahead to ensure they undergo the briefing before collection of their airport passes. Registration is through the ONE Changi App. Only company administrators are given access to register for its personnel. If company administrators do not have a ONE Changi account, please write to cag.induction@changiairport.com. After successful registration personnel can use ONE Changi App to view their course details, take the assessment and retrieve their e-certificate.
Assessment
The Airside Safety Induction Briefing consists of a test component and participants are required to score at least 90% to be issued with the Certificate of Participation which is required to be presented upon collection of their seasonal airport apron passes at the Airport Pass Office. Participants who fail to meet the minimum score of 90% will need to go for a re-test on the spot.
Validity
With the approved seasonal new/renewal airport apron pass applications and the successful completion of the Airside Safety Induction Briefing, participants must collect their passes within one year of the course date stated on the Certificate of Participation.
