Eligible Changi App users can expect to receive an exclusive Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag, via a push notification that will be sent to their mobile devices.

How can I be eligible to receive the Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag?
To stand a chance to redeem the Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag, you must fulfil these 3 criteria:
- Download and enable push notifications on Changi App
- Make a qualifying spend of S$30 (S$50 for Supermarket) in a single receipt at participating outlets in the public areas of Changi Airport T1 – T4 (excluding Jewel)
- Purchase any of the Landside Changi-exclusive The Little Prince premiums
Which category of notifications am I required to turn on to be eligible for the redemption?
Changi App users are encouraged to turn on all notifications to enjoy the best app experience. In order to receive the notification for redemption of ‘Changi APPxtra Suprises’, users must specifically be opted in to any of these 4 categories of notifications under the ‘Best Deals & Latest Events’ section:
- Shopping Deals
- F&B Promotions
- Latest Events
- Changi Rewards Member Exclusives
I have done all the steps above, but I did not receive the notification to redeem the Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag.
‘Changi APPxtra Surprises’ is a limited-time promotion available at a while stocks last and first-come, first-served basis; capped at a maximum of 1 redemption per user. Please ensure you have enabled notifications on your device setting and done all the qualifying steps in order to stand a chance in receiving the surprise notification!
Note: The ‘Changi Appxtra Surprises’ notifications are issued at random by chance based on user’s eligibility and availability of goods in the inventory.
What can I do if the vending machine I visit runs out of stock?
We strive to make timely replenishment at all our vending machines. However, we seek your understanding and patience if the vending machine you visited do run out of inventory at your point of visit. In such instances, you may proceed to make the redemption at another vending machine location or check back at a later time. Please be assured that your Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag will be guaranteed upon successful completion of the redemption, and will remain available in your ‘Perks’ wallet until you have successfully collected the gift or when the campaign ends (whichever earlier).
Is there a cut off date for the redemption and collection?
Eligible users can complete the redemption any time upon receiving the surprise notification, before campaign ends on 14 Jul 2024, noting that redemption of the Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag is on a while stocks last basis and first-come, first-served basis. Similarly, collection at the vending machine can be made anytime from successful redemption till before campaign ends on 14 Jul 2024, at 2200hr.
Am I able to redeem the Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag more than once?
Redemption of the Changi App Foldable Shopper Bag is limited to a one-time redemption per user, regardless of the number of times you purchase The Little Prince premium.
