• The e-Voucher is valid at all the Lotte Duty Free outlets across Changi Airport Terminals (Transit Areas) from 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 (inclusive of both dates) or when first 1,000 saved e-Vouchers have been successfully redeemed in-store. 
• S$80 off applies with a minimum spend of S$500 upon payment with Changi Pay.
• Applicable for transactions using Changi Pay, where the entire payment must be made with Changi Pay. Split payment is not allowed.
• User must save the e-Voucher in their Changi Pay digital wallet and apply S$80 off e-Voucher before completing the payment with Changi Pay.
• User can save up to three (3) Lotte Duty Free e-Vouchers in their Changi Pay digital wallet.
• All saved e-Vouchers must be utilised by 31 October 2024.
• Only one (1) passport can be used per transaction.
• Limited to only one (1) e-Voucher per transaction. 
• e-Voucher is non-refundable, non-stackable, non-transferable, and non-assignable.
• e-Voucher is strictly not exchangeable for cash.
