- Tickets are priced at S$4 per journey. Fares can be paid via credit card at the Ground Transport Concierge counter.
- For passengers at TMFT, tickets can be purchased at the money changer or baggage check-in counter during their respective operating hours.
- Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Changi Airport Group reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
