At Singapore Changi Airport, Gourmet Sarawak brings the flavours of Sarawakian cuisine to global travelers. K.L. Lim, a Sarawak-born partner, launched the outlet in Terminal 4, with a second opening in Terminal 3 on May 24, 2023. They serve traditional dishes like Kolo Mee, Laksa, Curry Chicken Rice, and Hainanese Chicken Rice. The Kolo Mee uses noodles flown directly from a reputable Kuching factory. The menu includes a variety of specialty drinks, such as the 3 Layer Milk Tea sweetened with healthier Gula Apong. Also, they provide Grab & Go items and Kek Lapis, a beautiful layer cake naive to Sarawak. Recognized by Sarawak Trade & Tourism Office in Singapore (Statos) as one of Singapore's Top 3 Best Sarawak Foods, and holding a 4.8 Google ratng, Gourmet Sarawak successfully delivers authentic Sarawakian gastronomy to the airport's international visitors.
