By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications as may be from time to time.  

1. The CNY Festive Feasting promotion (“The promotion”) is valid for all registered Changi Rewards members from 10 January 2025 to 12 February 2025 or when the promotion is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier. 

2. A minimum spend of S$100 in a single same-day receipt from any participating F&B outlet entitles customers to receive the S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers. 

3. Payment for the qualifying spend can only be in the form of cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency), NETS, Credit cards, Changi Pay or other digital payments. Payment made using In-Store Vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi or Changi Gift Cards are excluded from making up the qualifying spend. However, partial payment using vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Vouchers and Changi Gift Cards will be accepted provided the qualifying spend is paid in cash, NETS, Credit cards or digital payments. 

4. The promotion is only valid for participating F&B outlets at public areas of Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4 (collectively “Changi Airport Public Areas”). Spend transactions from Jewel Changi Airport will NOT be eligible for the promotion. Please refer to Annex A for the list of participating F&B outlets. 

5. This promotion can be used in conjunction with any in-store promotions or discounts. However, the total qualifying spend of S$100 must be met, to receive the S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers. 

6. Limited to one (1) redemption per qualifying transaction in a single same-day receipt from any participating F&B outlet, regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required.  

7. Each Changi Rewards member is limited to a maximum of three (3) redemptions (worth S$45 in total) during the Promotion Period.   

8. The S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers, in denominations of S$5, will be credited into the eligible customer’s Changi Rewards account upon valid spending from any participating Changi Airport F&B outlets in Changi Airport Public Areas. 

9. All redemptions are on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to availability.   

10. The S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers has a 30-day validity from the date of issuance and strictly no extensions will be entertained. 

11. All redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.     

S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers (“CNY e-Vouchers”) 

12. To receive the S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers (‘CNY e-Vouchers’), qualifying customers must successfully register as Changi Rewards member via Changi mobile application or online application at Signup (an “Eligible Member). 

13. To qualify for the CNY e-Vouchers, an Eligible Member will need to perform a successful payment of S$100 at participating Changi Airport F&B outlets across Changi Airport Public Areas (“Qualifying Transaction”) via any mode of payments. Changi Rewards e-Card must be scanned upon payment to be eligible for the S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers. Refer to Annex A for the list of participating outlets. 

14. Note: Changi Rewards members who did not scan their Changi Rewards card during payment will not be eligible to receive the S$15 CNY e-Vouchers.  

15. The Promotion is limited to the first 3,000 redemptions and up to a maximum of three (3) redemptions (worth S$45 in total) per Eligible Member, while stocks last.   

16. The CNY e-Vouchers can only be used on your next purchase, with no minimum spend.  

17. The CNY e-Vouchers are stackable and can be used all at once. Should the Eligible Member redeem all three (3) redemptions, they will be able to use all S$45, in one transaction. 

18. The CNY e-Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-assignable, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.  

19. The CNY e-Vouchers are strictly not exchangeable for cash.  

20. The CNY e-Vouchers will be automatically credited to the Eligible Member’s Changi App account after a successful transaction has been performed.  

21. The Eligible Member(s) will need to log into their Changi Rewards account to utilize the e-Vouchers in their Changi App. The e-Vouchers can be found under “Account > Perks” in the Changi App. The terms and conditions governing the use and operation of Changi Rewards account shall apply and can be accessed at Changi Rewards Terms and Conditions

22. The Eligible Member(s) will need to present their Changi Rewards e-Card prior to making payment and inform the respective outlet assistant that you will be using the Changi Rewards CNY e-Voucher(s) to offset your payment. The outlet assistant will then use the CNY e-Voucher(s) to offset the final payment amount.  

23. Eligible Members who wish to make payment using ChangiPay will need to inform the respective outlet assistant that you will be paying with ChangiPay as a mode of payment. You may then utilize the Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers(s) to offset the final payment. The CNY e-Vouchers can be found in your ChangiPay wallet, under Vouchers. 

24. The CNY e-Voucher(s) shall be available for use and redemption at Public Areas of Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4, excluding:  

a. MindChamps Preschool, Learning Vision Preschool

b. Banks 

c. Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use Lounges

d. Changi Recommend outlets and counters

e. Crowne Plaza Hotel, including outlets within the hotel premises

f. Fast Food Concessions including McDonald’s and Burger King

g. Left luggage services counter

h. Medical clinics

i. Money changing facilities

j. Postal services & Post-on-Wheels

k. Service counters at Arrival Hall

l. Services Concession including Cheers and 711

m. Telecommunication outlets such as Starhub

n. Temporary outposts operated by non-CAG tenants

o. Top-Up Card Transactions/Machines

p. Jewel Changi Airport

q. Receipts from purchases of Changi gift card, gift certificates and vouchers

r. iShopChangi 

25. CAG reserves the right to decide, in its sole and absolute discretion, which participating merchants the CNY e-Voucher(s) may be used and redeemed at and these participating merchants may vary from time to time. Eligible Member(s) who receive the CNY e-Voucher(s) are required to read, understand, and agree to these further terms and conditions.  

26. CAG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice or liability to any party.   

27. The decision of CAG on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by CAG. 

28. CAG shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion, or any product and/or service relating to the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, CAG shall not be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Promotion, by any person. 

I have spent $200 by Mastercard at a participating F&B outlet, what benefits am I entitled to?

Diners will receive one (1) S$15 Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers (in denominations of S$5), two (2) complimentary sets of Hello Kitty and Friends Red Packets and two (2) chances to purchase a Hello Kitty or Kuromi Mandarin Orange Bag at S$8.80 each. To note, the Changi Rewards CNY e- Vouchers will be auto credited into your Changi Rewards Account, only when your Changi Rewards e-card is presented and scanned at point of payment. 

2. If I have forgotten to scan my Changi Rewards e-Card during payment, am I still eligible for the S$15 Changi Rewards  CNY e-Vouchers?

No, your Changi Rewards e-card must be presented at the point of transaction to be eligible for the promotion. 

3. Am I entitled to the Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers if I used Cash/NETS/VISA to make payment?

Yes, you will be eligible for the Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers if the nett payment amount of S$100 at participating  F&B outlet is met.

4.  Am I still eligible for the Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers if I participate in any in-store promotion or discounts?

 Yes, you will still be eligible for the Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers if the minimum total net spending is S$100. 

5. When do I need to utilize my Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers by, should I receive it on 1st February 2025?

The Changi Rewards CNY e-Vouchers must be utilized by 1st March 2025. Each Changi Rewards CNY e-Voucher has a 30-day validity from the date of issuance. 

6. Can I participate in this promotional campaign with purchases made in the transit area, Jewel Changi Airport or on iShopChangi?

No, purchases must be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport’s public areas in Terminal 1 to 4 only.
