- The promotions described in these Terms and Conditions (“Promotions”, each a “Promotion”) are being offered to you as a Changi Account member by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and shall be governed by the Changi Account Terms and Conditions (“Changi Account Terms”) and these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). In the event of an inconsistency between the Changi Account Terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- CAG reserves the right to terminate the Promotions at any time or to amend, vary or delete any of these Terms from time to time without notice.
- By participating in the Promotions, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms, including any amendments, modifications and variations hereto which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant upon notification and/or publication by CAG.
- CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with these Promotions, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG arising from and in connection with the Promotions.
- CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to these Promotions.
- CAG’s decision on all matters relating to these Promotions will be final and binding on all participants.
- These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
- Participation in the Promotions require the processing of participants’ personal data, including full name and email address. CAG may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotions, matching personal data collected through these Promotions with other data CAG holds about the participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Promotions and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised consent designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the CAG group offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in these Promotions, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy.
- Each participant represents and warrants that any personal data the participant discloses to CAG is complete and accurate. Without prejudice to the other indemnity provisions within these Terms, each participant shall fully indemnify CAG against any loss or damage that may result from his or her breach of this Clause.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHANGI AIRPORT BIRTHDAY EDM PERKS

- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Member tier Changi Rewards cardholders (“Members”) can earn double Changi Rewards points on his first qualifying nett spend of minimum S$10 in a single receipt (“Qualifying Spend”) during his/her birthday month (“Birthday Promotion”).
- The Birthday Promotion is capped at one (1) redemption per Member. Valid at
- participating outlets in Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, Jewel Changi Airport, and participating brands on iShopChangi.com.
- Members will enjoy Double Changi Rewards points calculated based on the following earn rate:
- An additional 10 bonus points on top of the base points for every block of S$10 nett spend in a single receipt.
- An additional 10 bonus points on top of the base points for every block of S$10 nett spend in a single receipt.
- The maximum Qualifying Spend in a single receipt is capped at S$1,000. Consequently, the maximum number of bonus points that will be awarded to a Member under this Promotion is 1,000 points.
- The Qualifying Spend must be made during the respective Member’s birthday month.
- Accepted modes of payment for the Qualifying Spend can only be in the form of cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency), NETS, credit cards (as accepted by the participating outlets) or digital payments (as accepted by the participating outlets). Payment made using In-store Vouchers, Changi e-Voucher(s), Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi, Changi Pay e-Vouchers or any other vouchers issued by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) from time-to-time, are excluded from the Qualifying Spend (collectively, “Vouchers”). For the avoidance of doubt, Vouchers may be utilised for the transaction (as the case may be), but only the amount paid by cash, NETS, credit cards or digital payments will count towards the Qualifying Spend amount.
- For the purposes of this Birthday Gift Promotion, “In-store Vouchers” refer to vouchers issued by the respective stores (e.g. FairPrice Vouchers).
- CAG may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, (i) modify, suspend or terminate this Birthday Gift promotion; and/or (ii) modify, amend and/or vary these T&C, in such manner as CAG deems fit from time to time. CAG may notify of change(s) in the T&C by publishing such changes via the website at , via email or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any changes in the T&C shall be effective from the date of publishing the revised T&C in the foregoing manner.
- These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both CAG and GP Cardholder hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
- Gold tier Changi Rewards cardholders (“Gold Cardholders”) will enjoy S$20 worth of Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi, consisting of 4 x S$5 Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi, that will be issued on the first day of his birthday month. If the cardholder is upgraded to the Gold tier during his birthday month but after the first day of his birthday month, he will receive the Birthday Gift for the membership tier he was at before the upgrade.
- Platinum tier Changi Rewards cardholders (“Platinum Cardholders”) will enjoy S$40 worth of Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi, consisting of 8 x S$5 Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi, that will be issued on the first day of his/her birthday month. If the cardholder is upgraded to the Platinum tier during his birthday month but after the first day of his birthday month, he will receive the Birthday Gift for the membership tier he was at before the upgrade.
- The Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi issued under clauses 1 and 2 above are referred to as “Birthday Gift”. The Gold Cardholders and Platinum Cardholders are collectively referred to as “GP Cardholders”.
- The Birthday Gift will be automatically issued to GP Cardholders’ Changi Rewards membership accounts which can be accessed via the Changi App (under “ My Account” >> “Perks”). The Birthday Gift is valid for a 12-month period from the date of issuance. The GP Cardholder must present his Changi Rewards e-Card to utilise the Changi e-Voucher(s) Flexi.
- The Birthday Gift is capped at one (1) redemption per GP Cardholder.
- The use of the Birthday Gift is subject to Clause 5.6 of the Changi Rewards programme terms and conditions.
- CAG may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, (i) modify, suspend or terminate this Birthday Gift promotion; and/or (ii) modify, amend and/or vary these T&C, in such manner as CAG deems fit from time to time. These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both CAG and Monarch Cardholder hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
This Promotion is only valid for redemption at GoCycling located at Hub & Spoke Changi Airport during the Participant’s birthday month.
