Full-time Careers

To ensure a holistic and fair assessment of all applications, we encourage you to apply only through our careers portal . We do not accept email applications.

Yes, you can apply for more than one role. However, we encourage you to take the time to tailor each application to the specific requirements and qualifications of the respective roles. In your cover letter or application, clearly express your interest in multiple roles. This will help our hiring team understand your interests.

Only shortlisted applicants will be notified by our recruiters for an interview. If you haven’t heard from us in two months about your application, it is likely that we have proceeded with other candidates for that particular role.

For most of our published roles, we accept applications on a rolling basis until the position has been filled. Unless specified otherwise in the job description, there is no application deadline, although we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later. If there is a deadline specified in the job description and the deadline has lapsed, we are unable to accept further applications.

Yes, we welcome applicants of any nationality to apply for our full-time roles. We will gladly assist candidates who have accepted our job offer to seek the necessary work authorisation from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.

The interview process varies from hiring team to team. Not all positions require assessments or technical tests. Your recruiter will advise you on what to expect and prepare.

We send out offers on a rolling basis. The recruiter will contact you to discuss your offer typically within 2 weeks of your final round interview. Should you not have been advanced through the application process, we will notify you within 2 weeks of your final round interview. Due to the high volume of applications, we will not be able to provide individual feedback on the outcome of the application.

Internship

We offer a wide range of internship positions for students across different functions. To explore our current internship opportunities and programmes, along with their specific eligibility requirements, please visit our Internship page, or obtain information from your school’s internship portal.

Internship opportunities with CAG are typically published on the internship portals of the schools we partner with. Internships are commonly offered during the Summer vacation (May to July) or Winter vacation (November to December), although some hiring teams may offer off-cycle internships during academic term time (where approval from the school would be required).

To ensure that all applications are holistically assessed and well-received, we encourage all students to apply only through your school. We typically do not accept unsolicited email applications.

We expect international candidates to have the necessary endorsement/approvals from their school to take up an internship/training with CAG. In addition, international students would need to obtain the proper work authorisations (e.g. Work Holiday Pass) from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore. International students should seek information from MOM and speak with their school’s career advisors for more information on obtaining the correct work authorisation to undergo an internship/training in Singapore.

The Talent Internship Programme (TIP) is a structured summer internship programme.

There are other non-TIP internships which are offered year-round. You may wish to check for any such internship opportunities that we may publish through your school.

We would not be able to hire you as an intern if you have already graduated or if you are currently not a registered student with any Ministry of Education (MOE) endorsed institutions of learning.

Unfortunately, We do not have internship or job shadowing opportunities for students who have already left school and are either awaiting NS enlistment, or taking a gap year. As mentioned above, you would need to be a current enrolled student to intern with us.

Yes, we offer competitive remuneration for internships.

We cannot guarantee a full-time role after your internship. However, should we identify a suitable full-time opportunity that is aligned with your skillsets, our People Team and your internship supervisor will then discuss this opportunity with you at the end of your internship.

Only applicants who have been successfully shortlisted will be notified by the hiring team for an interview. If you haven’t heard from the hiring team in two months regarding an application, it is likely that the team has proceeded with other candidates for that particular role.

Due to the high volume of applications received through the multiple school internship portals that we work with, we aren't able to provide individual status updates over email. You can check the status of your application(s) on the dashboard of your school’s internship portal.
