The Randstad Employer Brand Awards recognises Singapore’s most attractive employers, based on the perceived attractiveness of 75 of the largest commercial companies (by employee size) in Singapore. In 2016 and 2018, we were named Singapore’s Most Attractive Employer by Randstad and remains consistently among the Top 10 employers.

In 2017, we embarked on a Workplace Transformation initiative and turned the traditional office space into one that facilitates collaboration and innovation. Our new workplace features open-concept workstations, beautiful pantries, and meeting areas that cater to both formal meetings as well as casual chats over a cup of coffee.

Terminal H (where "H" stands for the heart of the company) is the core of our people strategy to build deep engagement with - and among - our people. Some of the initiatives include "Fun Friday", where employees come together and bond over fun and thematic activities, such as art jamming sessions. We also have an extensive workplace wellness programme to promote healthy living, with complimentary fitness classes, cooking classes, and more.

Our people’s ability to grow professionally and personally is important to us. We strive to help our employees reach their highest potential, and encourage them to take a proactive role in learning and development. We conduct programmes that create opportunities to enhance their professional and management skills, knowledge and abilities. For example, the annual Learning Festival—a week-long festival packed with workshops and talks by various high profile industry speakers, created a conducive environment for active sharing and learning.
