The Promotion will run from 10 – 12, 17 – 19 and 24 – 26 January 2025 (both dates inclusive).
The list of participating outlets includes Changi Airport retail outlets at the public areas of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 (except money changing facilities, medical clinics, top-up card machines, postal services, telecommunication outlets including StarHub, pay-per-use and airline lounges, Changi Recommends outlets and service counters, MindChamps PreSchool, Jewel Changi Airport and Crowne Plaza Hotel, as per current exclusion list for use of Changi Rewards card).
Customers must be a registered Changi Rewards member to enjoy the 2XGST discount.
The Changi Rewards membership e-card must be presented upon making payment at participating retail outlets.
The 2XGST discount will only be applied to transactions with a nett transaction value of S$30 after deduction of all in-store discounts, on-going promotions, and CR member GST absorption.
Participating outlets that are non-GST registered companies will be absorbing the 9% as a discount to customers.
Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.
The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by Changi Airport (S) Pte Ltd will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
CAG and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss, or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
The Promotion will run from 10 – 12, 17 – 19 and 24 – 26 January 2025 (both dates inclusive) or until all 2,600 successful voucher redemptions have been made via Changi Pay, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is open to all users who make a transaction using the Changi Pay QR Code functionality on the Changi mobile application, with a Mastercard-linked Changi Pay digital wallet account (“Scan & Pay”) at participating retail outlets in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals in Singapore for payment of goods and services.
To qualify for the Promotion, a Qualifying User will need to make a successful Scan & Pay transaction with a nett minimum spend of S$60 via Changi Pay at participating retail outlets in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals during the Promotion Period.
Nett Minimum spend refers to the final payable amount after deduction of all in-store discounts, ongoing promotions, CR member GST absorption (1st 9%) and 2XGST promo discount (2nd 9%).
Upon successful completion of a Scan & Pay transaction with a nett minimum spend of S$60, a Qualified User will receive a S$9 OFF (“Changi Pay return e-Voucher”), which will automatically credited to your Changi Pay digital wallet.
The Changi Pay return e-Voucher can be used on a subsequent purchase with a minimum spend of S$30 at Changi Airport Terminals (Transit and Public area) and iShopChangi and must be applied before completing the payment with Changi Pay.
The Changi Pay return e-Voucher must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of e-Voucher issued.
The Changi Pay return e-Voucher is limited to the first 2,600 successful Scan & Pay transactions made at participating retail outlets that accept Changi Pay in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals during the Promotion Period.
Each Qualified User may receive a maximum of five (5) Changi Pay return e-Vouchers, with a limit of one (1) Changi Pay return e-Voucher redemption per qualifying receipt regardless of spending amount more than the minimum spend required. No splitting of receipts is allowed in the same outlet.
The Promotion is valid only at participating retail outlets that accept Changi Pay or display the Changi Pay promotion materials in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals. Payments made from Changi Airport Terminals (transit area), Jewel Changi Airport and iShopChangi are not eligible for the promotion.
In the event that Changi Pay return e-Voucher has not been accorded upon completion of Scan & Pay transaction, the Changi Pay return e-Voucher will be credited into Changi Pay digital wallet account of Qualified Users within fourteen (14) working days.
The Changi Pay return e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-assignable. It is not exchangeable for cash.
Any disputes regarding the goods or services comprising or relating to the Promotion should be resolved directly with participating merchants in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals.
The eligibility of any user to participate in the Promotion and/or receive the Return e-Voucher shall be determined at the absolute discretion of Changi Airport Group.
By participating in this Promotion, users agree to release and hold Changi Airport Group harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:
-The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any e-Voucher or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Promotion; and
-The participation in the Promotion or any e-Voucher related activities.
Changi Airport Group reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any user and the dates of the Promotion.
Changi Airport Group’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Changi Airport Group. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
