3.1 The Promotion will run from 18 October 2024 to 3 November 2024 (both dates inclusive) or when all 380 unique promotion codes have been redeemed, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 The Participant will be eligible to purchase room sprays from Lynk Fragrances, not limited by quantity of purchase, at a 25% discount.
The percentage discount is only applicable to room sprays.
There is no cap to the number of room sprays each Participant can purchase, subjected to availability.
Other existing promotion(s) cannot be used concurrently with this Promotion.
3.3 To take part in the Promotion, each Participant:
Shall be a subscriber of @changiairport on Telegram.
Shall be the first 380 to claim the unique promo code via Changi Airport Deals on Telegram.
Is limited to one (1) promo code redemption per Telegram account.
Shall be entitled to purchase the Promotion at Lynk Fragrances during the campaign period, failing which the vouchers will be forfeited.
3.4 Each Participant represents and warrants that any personal data the participant discloses to CAG is complete and accurate. Each Participant shall fully indemnify CAG against any loss or damage that may result from his or her breach of this clause.
3.5 Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
3.6 CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.
3.7 The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by Changi Airport (S) Pte Ltd will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3.8 CAG and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss, or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
