Redemption of the Red Packets and Mandarin Orange Bags would be done via the Changi App. Available for collection at our vending machines located at Terminal 3, Basement 2 (opposite Kopitiam) and Terminal 4 Level 2 Departure (opposite check-in row 8).
1. Who may participate in this promotion?
All Changi Rewards members who had shopped at the participating stores in Terminal 1 to 4 public areas and have paid the qualifying amount in full and with qualifying payment modes, are eligible to participate in this promotion.
2. Can I participate in this redemption with purchases made in the transit area, Jewel or on iShopChangi?
No, purchases must be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport’s public areas in Terminal 1 to 4 only. Transactions made at transit area, Jewel Changi Airport and iShopChangi are excluded.
3. Is the promotion limited to one redemption per shopper?
Yes, each Changi Rewards member may redeem up to 200 sets of red packets via the Changi App. Each receipt may only be used ONCE for each redemption. i.e., One (1) receipt can redeem up to two (2) red packets (including transactions made by Mastercard or Changi Pay).
4. Where can I collect my red packets? Is it only through the vending machine?
Shoppers may collect their red packets at the vending machine located next to T3B2 Customer Service Counter or T4L2, near Check-in Row 7. For shoppers with more than 30 red packets, the collection point will be at T3B2 Customer Service Counter.
5. Can I participate in this redemption with purchases made in the transit area, Jewel or on iShopChangi?
No, purchases must be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport’s public areas in Terminal 1 to 4 only. Transactions made at transit area, Jewel Changi Airport and iShopChangi are excluded.
6. Are receipts from FairPrice Finest accepted?
Yes. Please note the minimum qualifying redemption amount for supermarkets is S$100 in a single receipt, including Mastercard and Changi Pay users..
7. How many Hellow Kitty and Friends Red Packets / Mandarin Orange Bags can I redeem if I spent S$200 in a single receipt?
You can redeem up to 2 red packets per redemption. (i.e., 1 receipt of more than S$80 or S$100 (for supermarket) = 1 set of red packets; or 2 sets of red packets if transaction is made by Mastercard or Changi Pay).
8. Am I entitled to the Prosperity Red Packets, 2xGST, S$9 ChangiPay e-Voucher, S$15 Changi Rewards e-Vouchers or 2 hours free parking when I spend at Jewel Changi Airport?
No, the above perks are only redeemable for transactions made at the participating outlets at Changi Airport's public areas in Terminal 1 to 4, excluding Jewel and iShopChangi.
9. I have spent S$80 at Terminal 3 public area, how do I redeem for the Prosperity Red Packets?
Launch your Changi App, under “Book, Redeem & Play”, cart out the qualifying number of red packets for your spend. Upon cart out, you may proceed to one of the vending machine collection points to collect your Prosperity Red Packets by scanning your Changi Rewards e-card. Do note that all redemption has to be done via the Changi App before collection. All red packets are on a while stocks last basis via Changi App with valid Changi Rewards membership account. Red packets must be collected by 12 February 2025, or it shall be forfeited.
10. My total purchase at Eu Yan Seng is S$300. Can I split the receipts to redeem for more red packets?
No. Each Changi Rewards member is limited to one (1) redemption per qualifying receipt regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required. No splitting of receipts is allowed in the same outlet. However, shoppers may spend in multiple outlets and redeem up to 200 red packets for this promotion.
By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement and modifications as may be from time to time.
The Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”).
This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members only.
Spend S$80 (or S$100 for supermarket) in a single receipt from participating retail and F&B outlets at Changi Airport’s Terminals 1 to 4 public areas (collectively "Changi Airport Public Areas"). Receipts from Jewel Changi Airport and iShopChangi are NOT eligible for the promotion.
Payment for the qualifying spend can only be in the form of cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency), NETS, credit cards or digital payments. Payment made using In-Store Vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi or Changi Gift Cards are excluded from making up the qualifying spend. However, partial payment using vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers and Changi Gift Cards will be accepted provided the qualifying spend is paid in cash, NETS or credit cards.
Limited to one (1) redemption per qualifying receipt regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required. No splitting of receipts is allowed in the same outlet. Note: Mastercard & Mastercard via Changi Pay users, can redeem an additional set of red packets (hence a maximum of 2 sets of red packets per single receipt) and purchase an additional Sanrio Mandarin Orange Bag (hence a maximum of 2 sets of bags).
Shopper(s) are required to log into their Changi App under “Book, Redeem & Play” after their qualifying spend to redeem the Hello Kitty Red Packets or purchase the Sanrio Mandarin Orange Bags. Upon carting out of the items, shoppers may proceed to the following locations for collection:
Terminal 3 Basement 2, Vending Machine near ST3PS
Terminal 4 Level 2 (Departure Hall), Vending Machine opposite Check-in Row 8
Upon redemption via PlayPass on Changi App, shoppers are required to scan their Changi Rewards card at the vending machine for collection. Do note that the redemption of red packets and mandarin orange bags are on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.
For shoppers who are redeeming more than 30 red packets and/or bags, the vending machine will direct shoppers to the T3B2 Customer Service Counter for bulk collection.
Redemption of red packets and mandarin orange bags are capped at 200 per Changi Rewards member during the entire campaign period. Ie. Each Changi Rewards member is allowed to redeem a maximum of 200 sets of red packets and 200 sets of mandarin orange bags.
Customer Service officers may request qualifying receipt(s) for verification during collection. No refunds would be made for non-qualified receipts submitted.
The Promotion will end on 12 February 2025 or when the Hello Kitty Red Packets and Sanrio Mandarin Orange Bags are fully redeemed, whichever is earlier. Shoppers are required to collect their red packets by 12 Feb 2025, or it shall be forfeited.
All redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any (i) direct loss; (ii) indirect or consequential loss, (iii) damage; (iv) cost and expense; or (v) loss of profits suffered by you arising from or in connection with the premiums/goods.
Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with CAG’s privacy policy (available at Privacy Policy).
CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the event and its promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all.
CAG reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice.
CAG reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behaviour that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons and/or property.
To promote and advertise the event, CAG reserves the right to engage authorized photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded by authorized photographers and videographers as guest/customers at the event and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of CAG.
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
In the event that redemption of the premiums was made with non-qualified receipts (e.g., Jewel or any other non-participating outlets) via PlayPass on Changi App, CAG reserves the right to cancel the redemptions of the premiums and no refunds would be entertained. Shoppers are advised to check with onsite event crew should they have any queries on the qualifying receipts.
