From 10 January to 30 May 2025, enjoy two hours of free parking with a minimum spend of S$35 in a single receipt with Mastercard® in the public areas of Terminals 1 to 4 (excluding Jewel Changi Airport) via the Changi App. 

 

This Promotion is only applicable to T1/Jewel (General lots in- B3 to B5), T2, T3 and T4 carparks only, excluding the Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays, and is not stackable with other in-Terminal parking promotions. Other Terms and Conditions apply.

How to Redeem 2-Hour Mastercard Free Parking

Changi App on their mobile device and update their vehicle IU number in their account. 

Changi Rewards two-hour free parking will be automatically credited upon making the qualifying spend (e.g. S$35 min spend at T1-T4's Public Areas), Please follow these steps: 

  1. Download and install the Changi App.

  2. Sign in to your Changi Rewards account or sign up for a free membership. 

  3. Input your vehicle’s IU number. 

  4. Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number.

  5. Make a minimum spend of S$35 by Mastercard in a single same-day receipt in the public areas ofat Terminals 1 to 4, excluding purchases made in Jewel Changi Airport.

  6. Scan the Changi Rewards card at the point of transaction.

  7. The two-hour parking reward will be auto-credited to the Changi Rewards member’s account. 

  8. The parking reward can be located under “Account” >> “Parking Rebates & Promos” >> “My eCoupons” page.

1. Parking rewards redeemed are usable at T1/Jewel (General lots in -B3-B5), T2, T3 and T4 car parks only. 
2. Parking rewards are valid for cars only. Parking rewards cannot be used for motorcycles. 


Exception Handling for Malaysia-registered cars without IU

Customers who drive Malaysia-registered cars without IU will unable to redeem the free parking reward. Customers must present their qualifying receipts to redeem physical complimentary parking coupon(s) from the following locations during counter opening hours:      

  • T3 Basement 2 Customer Service Counter (opposite FairPrice Finest, open 10:00 AM–10.30 PM, daily)
    T4 Arrival Hall (opposite ZUS Coffee) (open 24 hrs, daily)

 

1. If I spend S$35 in a single receipt with Mastercard, and another S$60 at T1 to T4 Public Areas, will I receive two eCoupons to offset 4 hours of free parking?

No, the two hours free parking campaigns with minimum spend of S$35 in a single receipt or S$60 in the public areas of Terminals 1 to 4  are not stackable and each Changi Rewards member will only receive one eCoupon each day from either parking campaign.

2. If I spend S$35 in a single receipt with Mastercard in T1 to T4 public areas (excluding Jewel), and another S$80 at Jewel Changi Airport, will I receive two eCoupons to offset 4 hours of free parking?

Yes, two hours free parking will be issued for the Mastercard spend at T1 to T4 and another two hours free parking will be issued for the spend at Jewel. Do note that the Mastercard two hours free parking is not stackable with existing in-terminal promotion.

3. If I had made 3 transactions via Mastercard within the same day at participating outlets in T1 to T4 which sums up to S$35 (all 3 transactions with Rewards Card scanned), will the 2 hours free parking benefit be automatically credited to my Changi Rewards account?

No, The Mastercard 2H Free Parking Promotion requires a minimum spend of S$35 in a single receipt at participating outlets in T1 to T4. The 2 hours of free parking will only be credited to your Changi Rewards account if you make a single transaction of S$35 or more.

4. If I spend S$35 in a single receipt at Jewel, will I be able to redeem for my 2 hours free parking at Terminal car parks? 

No, the Mastercard 2H parking promotion is not applicable to Jewel spend.

5. I have existing parking rebates redeemed with Changi Rewards points on top of the redeemed 2 hours free parking with minimum spend, which parking benefit will be utilised first upon my exit? 

Based on the order of priority for parking benefits and eCoupons, the free parking benefit with minimum spend shall be applied first, followed by your existing parking rebates. Members are encouraged to verify through CarPass, the eligible parking redemptions, privileges or benefits available to them. The order of priority is subjected to changes and members may refer to https://carpass.changiairport.com/FAQ.html for latest updates.

All retail and F&B outlets at public areas in Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4, excluding the non-participating outlets listed in Clause 4.8 of Changi Rewards T&Cs. Receipts from Jewel are not eligible for this promotion.

By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules are to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement and modifications as may be from time to time. 

  • This 2-hour Free Parking Campaign is applicable to Changi Rewards Member unless stated otherwise.

  • For a minimum spend of S$35 by Mastercard in a single same-day receipt at participating retail and F&B outlets in Terminal 1 to 4 public areas (excluding Jewel Changi Airport), customers will be entitled to redeem 2 hours of free parking valued at S$5.20 (1 hour = S$2.60 worth of parking charges). 

  • This 2-hour free parking privilege in Changi App or physical complimentary coupon is applicable for usage at selected car parks only (i.e. T1/Jewel General Carpark (B3-B5), T2A, T2B, T3A, T3B, T4A, T4B) at Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 only. 

  • Redemptions are to be made on the same day of qualifying transaction. The parking reward is valid on the day of issuance only. 

  • There are limited coupons to be redeemed each day. Redemption is based on a first-come-first-served and while-stocks-last basis.

  • Where the Customer has any parking privileges or parking rebates pursuant to any of CAG's programmes that are to be utilised via the Portal (including but not limited to free parking for having met the spend criteria in Terminal 1 to Terminal 4 public areas, or any parking privileges under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme, or any other form of parking benefits accorded under the Portal, and/or redemption of Changi Rewards points for parking rebates), the Park & Fly eCoupon shall be applied towards the total parking charges in the following order of priority (with the items on top with higher precedence):
    (1) Parking rewards redeemed under Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport promotions through the Portal, for having met the spend criteria;
    (2) Parking privileges under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (for Platinum or Gold members);
    (3) Any other form of parking benefits accorded under the Portal;
    (4) Park & Work eCoupon;
    (5) Park & Fly eCoupon (maximum of 1 Park & Fly eCoupon can be used per exit);
    (6) Parking rebates redeemed with Changi Rewards points;
    (7) Other physical carpark coupon (a maximum of one physical coupon may be used)

  • Purchases from Jewel Changi Airport are NOT eligible for the promotion. 
  • Duplicated, online and handwritten receipts will not be accepted for redemption.

  • Redemption of parking rewards will be auto credited to registered IU number tagged to the CR member’s account on the Changi App.
  • Redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and not for resale purposes. 

  • The free parking reward is not refundable in part if not fully utilised.

  • Promotion is not stackable with other in-Terminal parking promotions. 

  • Only 1 free parking reward or physical coupon from this parking promotion can be used per exit to off-set the parking charges. Multiple parking rewards or coupons from the same promotion cannot be used to off-set parking charges per exit from the carpark. 

  • The parking reward is valid for cars only and are not valid for motorcycles. 

  • All purchases made at participating outlets (including takeaways for F&B outlets) in the public areas of Changi Airport that meets the qualifying requirements are eligible for the redemption of the parking rewards.

  • The parking reward is not exchangeable for cash and the value cannot be refunded in part if it is not fully utilized. ​

  • No claims will be entertained for parking rewards/carpark coupons that are expired, unutilized, lost, torn, defaced or damaged. 

  • CAG reserves the right to, without any liability to the Customers and at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, amend, modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Parking Promotion, or vary these T&Cs, from time to time for any reason whatsoever. CAG may notify the Customers of such changes by publishing the revised T&Cs at https://www.changiairport.com/parkingpromo or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion from time to time. Customers shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of such modification or cancellation of the Parking Promotion, or such variation of the T&Cs. 

  • CAG participating retail and F&B tenants and CAG’s appointed agency, P-Serv Pte Ltd are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by CAG will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. 

  • CAG and its authorized agencies will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or damages incurred by the participant or by any other party that is in relation to the promotion.
