1. This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (“CAG”).

2. By participating in this Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this Promotion is open to all individuals who fulfil the criteria set out in Clause 5(a) to 5(e) and the Promotion must be redeemed by 30 June 2025, or while redemption quotas are available, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, Participants are:

a. new users of Liquid Account1 in Changi Pay, i.e., the digital wallet page in the Changi Application. 

(each a “Participant”)

Definitions

4. “Eligible Transaction” means a successful overseas peer-to-merchant QR payment made with Changi Pay outside of Singapore.

Promotion

5. To participate in the Promotion, the Participants must perform and complete all the following steps during the Promotion Period:

 a. Set up Changi Pay in Changi App;

 b. Register for Liquid Account1  for the first time;

 c. Enter the referral code2  on the registration page of the Liquid Account before completing the registration process on the Changi Application;

 d. Do a one-time top-up of at least S$50 into the Liquid Account via PayNow (“Initial Top-up Amount”);

 e. Make a first Eligible Transaction (no minimum spend required) with Changi Pay by 30 June 2025.

6. Upon completing the steps set out in clauses 5(a) to 5(d) above, the Participant will be eligible to receive S$10 Changi Pay e-vouchers in their Changi Pay digital wallet account within 14 working days after the end of every calendar month.

7. Upon successful completion of the first Eligible Transaction by 30 June 2025, the Participant will be eligible to receive S$20 Changi Pay e-vouchers in their Changi Pay digital wallet account within 14 working days after the end of every calendar month.

8. This Promotion is limited to: for clause 6 above, the first 500 sets of e-vouchers; and for clause 7 above, the first 500 sets of e-vouchers. All e-vouchers will be given away on a first-to-complete, first-to-be-given basis. Limited to 1 set of e-vouchers per Participant for clause 6 and 7 respectively.

9. All e-vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months starting from the date of receipt of the e-vouchers. No extensions, refund, or replacement shall be permitted or entertained.

10. All e-vouchers can be used for purchases at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public area, excluding Terminal 2 canteen), Jewel Changi Airport and on iShopChangi.com with no minimum spend required and it must be applied by the Participant in Changi Pay before payment is being processed. The list of participating outlets can be found via https://www.changiairport.com/en/shop/changipay/outlets.html.

11. Participant will not qualify for the Promotion if they previously register for a Liquid Account (e.g. by deleting their existing Liquid Account linked to Changi Pay and subsequently registering for a new Liquid Account), if they registered for a Liquid Account through Changi Pay before the Promotion Period, and/or if they withdraw the Initial Top-up Amount from their Liquid Account during the Promotion Period. In the event that a Participant is later determined to be ineligible for the Promotion, CAG reserves the right to withdraw the e-vouchers.

12. All Participants cannot qualify for any other new Liquid Account user promotions rolled out by CAG.

13. All e-vouchers (or any part thereof, including unutilized portion) are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-vouchers. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the e-vouchers without prior notice.

14. All e-vouchers must be redeemed by the date specified within the e-vouchers, after which the e-vouchers shall be deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions. CAG will not entertain any appeals whatsoever.

15. CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, or the Participant’s redemption and/or use of the gifts and e-vouchers.

16. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

17. All Participants whose e-vouchers have been unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

18. All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of a Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.

19. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion.

20. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

22. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

ELIGIBILITY

JWC CAFÉ PROMOTION

5. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant is required to make a single payment transaction of at least MYR150, using Changi Pay, at any of the following JWC outlets:

  • JWC The Factory 30 Café located at 30, Jalan Mutiara Emas 5/3, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia,
  • YOU by JWC Café located at 102, Jalan Sutera Tanjung 8/3, Taman Sutera Utama, 81300 Skudai, Johor Darul Ta’zim, Malaysia and 
  • BROOOS & CO by JWC café located at 18, Jalan Sri Pelangi 4, Taman Pelangi, 80400 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim, Malaysia 

(This is referred to as the “JWC Requirement").

6. Upon completion of the JWC Requirement and verification by JWC, the Participant shall be entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary cake with a value not exceeding.

7. There is no restriction on the number of times a Participant may enter or participate in this Promotion.

8. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained. 

PALATES & BAGELS BY T.A.M PROMOTION

9. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant is required to make a single payment transaction of at least MYR150, using Changi Pay, at Palates & Bagels by T.A.M (“Palates & Bagels”) located at 10, Jalan Dhoby, Bandar Johor Bahru, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim, Malaysia (“P&B Requirement”). 

10. Upon completion of the P&B Requirement and verification by Palates & Bagels, the Participant shall be entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary treat from the following options:

  • selected Refreshing Drinks,  
  • Curly Fries and  
  • Lily Bagels.

11. There is no restriction on the number of times a Participant may enter or participate in this Promotion.

12. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.

13. Any participant who is unable to sign up for a Changi Pay or Liquid Account for any reason whatsoever, and/or is unable to make payment through Changi Pay shall not be eligible for this Promotion.

1.1 This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (“CAG”). 

1.2 By participating in this Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this Promotion is valid for Changi Pay users from 1 April 2024, 0000 hours (SGT) to 31 March 2025, 2359 hours (SGT) (both dates inclusive) or when redemptions last, whichever is earlier, or such other period(s) as may be determined by Changi Airport Group in its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”). 

2. Eligibility 

2.1 To be eligible for this Promotion (“Eligible User”), you must use Changi Pay for the payment through Liquid Account. 

3. Definitions 

3.1 “Eligible Transaction” means a successful peer-to-merchant QR payment made through Alipay+ (overseas) or DuitNow (Malaysia) QR, via the Changi Pay digital wallet. 

4. Promotion Mechanics 

4.1 An Eligible User will receive a set of e-vouchers worth S$50 (“e-Vouchers”) with every S$500 nett accumulative spend on Eligible Transactions made overseas during the Promotion Period. Refunded transactions will not be taken into account for the purposes of this Promotion. Each Eligible User may receive a maximum of four (4) sets of Changi Pay e-Vouchers within the Promotion Period. The list of countries accepting Changi Pay include China, Malaysia, Macau, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. 4.2 The e-Vouchers comprises 5 pieces of S$10 off with no minimum spend Changi Pay e-vouchers. 

4.3 The Promotion is limited to the first 2,000 set of e-Vouchers to be given away on a first-come-first-served basis. 

4.4  The e-Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months starting from the date of receipt of the e-Vouchers. No extension, refund, or replacement shall be permitted or entertained. 

4.5 The e-Vouchers can be used for purchases at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public area, excluding Terminal 2 canteen), Jewel Changi Airport and on iShopChangi.com with no minimum spend required and it must be applied by the Eligible User in Changi Pay before processing payment. The list of participating outlets can be found via https://www.changiairport.com/en/shop/changipay/outlets.html.

4.6 Amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) will not be eligible for the redemption of the e-Vouchers. 

4.7 The e-Vouchers (or any part thereof, including any unutilized portion) are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-Vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-Vouchers. 

5. Fulfilment

5.1 Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions set out herein, CAG shall credit the e-Vouchers to the Eligible User’s Changi Pay wallet account within 14 working days after the end of every calendar month. 

5.2 Eligible Users who qualify for the e-Vouchers will be notified by email, or any other suitable means as CAG may deem fit, within 14 working days after the end of every calendar month. 

6. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

6.1  All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of a Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act. 

6.2 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding on all Users. 

6.3 CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each User agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion. 

6.4 CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, or the Participant’s redemption and/or use of the gifts and e-vouchers.

14. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.

15. All Participants whose e-vouchers have been unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

16. All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of a Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.

17. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion.

18. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

19. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

20. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

These terms and conditions are updated as of 19 December 2024.  

1. This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (“CAG”).

2. By participating in this Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this Promotion is open to all individuals who fulfil the criteria set out in Clause 3(a) to 3(b) and the Promotion must be redeemed by 31 January 2025 respectively, or while redemption quotas are available, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, Participants:

a. Need to enter the referral code shown on the Changi Pay pushcart or Changi Pay promotional banners displayed at Changi Airport Terminal 1, 3 and 4 Transit Area;

b. Are new users of Liquid Account1 in Changi Pay, i.e., the digital wallet page in the Changi Application. 

(each a “Participant”)

Definitions

4. “Eligible Transaction” means a successful overseas peer-to-merchant QR payment made through Alipay+ (overseas) and DuitNow (Malaysia) via the Changi Pay digital wallet.

Promotion

5. To participate the Promotion, the Participants must perform and complete all the following steps during the Promotion Period:

a. Register for Liquid Account1 for the first time;

b. Enter the referral code2 on the registration page of the Liquid Account before completing the registration process on the Changi Application by 31 December 2024; and

c. Do a one-time initial top-up of at least S$50 into the Liquid Account via PayNow (“Initial Top-up Amount”); and

d. Make a first Eligible Transaction (with no minimum spend required) with Changi Pay by 31 January 2025.

6. Upon completing the steps set out in clauses 5(a) to 5(c) above by 31 January 2025, the Participant will be eligible to receive S$10 Changi Pay e-vouchers in their Changi Pay digital wallet account within fourteen (14) working days after the end of every Promotion month.

7. Upon successful completion of the first Eligible Transaction made by 31 January 2025, the Participant will be eligible to receive S$20 Changi Pay e-vouchers in their Changi Pay digital wallet account within fourteen (14) working days after the end of every Promotion month.

8. This Promotion is limited to:

a. Clause 6: the first 1,200 Participants to complete the requirements will receive one (1) set of e-vouchers.

b. Clause 7: the first 400 Participants to complete the requirements will receive one (1) set of e-vouchers.

c. All e-vouchers will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to one (1) set of e-vouchers per Participant for clause 6 and 7 respectively.

9. All e-vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months starting from the date of receipt of the e-vouchers. No extensions, refund, or replacement shall be permitted or entertained.

10. All e-vouchers can be used for purchases at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public area, excluding Terminal 2 canteen), Jewel Changi Airport and on iShopChangi.com with no minimum spend required and it must be applied by the Participant in Changi Pay before payment is being processed. The list of participating outlets can be found via https://www.changiairport.com/en/help/changi-app/changi-pay/outlets.html.

11. Participant will not qualify for the Promotion if they previously register for a Liquid Account (e.g. by deleting their existing Liquid Account linked to Changi Pay and subsequently registering for a new Liquid Account), if they registered for a Liquid Account through Changi Pay before the Promotion Period, and/or if they withdraw the Initial Top-up Amount from their Liquid Account during the Promotion Period. In the event that a Participant is later determined to be ineligible for the Promotion, CAG reserves the right to withdraw the e-vouchers.

12. All Participants cannot qualify for any other new Liquid Account user promotions rolled out by CAG.

13. All e-vouchers (or any part thereof, including unutilized portion) are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-vouchers. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the e-vouchers without prior notice.

14. All e-vouchers must be redeemed by the date specified within the e-vouchers, after which the e-vouchers shall be deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions. CAG will not entertain any appeals whatsoever.

15.
